Mint Raita
Makes about 1 cup

Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup mint leaves, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice (a little less than ½ lemon)
½ clove garlic, minced
½ tsp salt (to taste)

Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl or combine in a food processor.

Serve with the burgers as a condiment.

TIP: can keep in the refrigerator in a sealed container for two weeks
