Superbowl (Indoor) Barbecue

The Superbowl means one thing: fatty food. It’s every non-football lover’s reason for tuning into the game. Cliché or not, Superbowl cuisine is right up our alley. This spread, perfect for a party of a dozen or so, features our awesome ribs–just finish them under the broiler instead of on the barbecue. It’s rounded out with an easy slaw and an array of gooey dips. Get plenty of chips and six packs, and ask friends to bring more.

Smoky Barbecued Ribs

Fennel-Cabbage Slaw

Artichoke Dip with Pita Chips

Cheesy White Bean Dip with Smoked Paprika Toasts

Guacamole with Tortilla Chips
