Mixed Greens with Creamy Mango Vinaigrette

Ingredients
10 ouncesmixed greens
½ mango, cut into 1 inch chunks
1 avocado, diced (optional)
For the dressing:
1/2 mango, peeled and cored
1 cup cilantro
½ cup sour cream
1 small shallot
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder
1 lime, juiced
¼ cup olive oil
salt to taste
In a small food processor, combine all ingredients for the dressing. Toss together with the greens and sliced avocado. Serve alongside the fish tacos.
