    This has just revolutionised my life. Call me a moron, but I’d never thought of folding tortillas over for quesadillas…I normally just stick one on top of another – now I can do two “normal” sized ones in a pan instead of one big one…AND, the fold will stop uber-fillings from falling out when you’re eating it….Time for some eating, methinks.
