Shellfish are easy to prepare, delicious, and kind of sexy, I think. Linguine with Clam Sauce is a longtime favorite of mine, and I’ve built this menu to showcase the wonderfully simple pasta dish. You can steam the clams and prep the sauce ahead of time; finish everything together just before you eat. Pour white wine, toast, and enjoy this meal together as you picture yourself in Italy.
