A Classy NYC Breakfast
This is a take off of the classic New Yorker breakfast of bagel with a schmear and lox, some coffee shop muffin and of course the coffee itself. NYC is iconic, of course, which means that both New Yorkers and non-New Yorkers will register this meal as something familiar, even though it’s got its share of twists, from the horseradish aioli to the icy-sweet granita.
