Tahini Aioli

Tahini Aioli
Makes 1/2 – 1 cup aioli

¼ cup tahini
¼ cup mayo
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup water

Combine all ingredients in a small food processor and blend until smooth. Aioli will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. Drizzle over falafel for best results.
