Celebrate summer! Tomato season comes but once a year-and we pine for it all the other months. Head to the farmstand tonight and buy every variety of heirloom tomato, then go home and get cooking. This tomato-centric three-course dinner celebrates one of our favorite fruits disguised as a veg.
