Pipérade

Ingredients
1 large onion, diced
2 red bell peppers, finely diced
olive oil
1 teaspoon hot paprika
pinch cayenne
1 garlic clove, minced
1 28 ounce can diced tomatoes with juice
1 tbsp basil, julienned
